Donating my birthday to Charity Water

I was deeply moved recently by the story of a child who donated her birthday to Charity Water by asking her friends to give her age in dollars to bring clean drinking water to poor communities around the world.
This September, I’m turning 40, and I’d like to ask my friends, colleagues, students, and family to consider giving up to $40 to Charity Water this year.
I’d like to raise $5,000 to bring a community of over 250 people fresh drinking water for a lifetime. Every penny of the money raised will go directly to fund freshwater projects in developing nations. Even better, you can see your donation in action when the projects are complete, and photos and GPS coordinates are posted using Google Earth (click here to see proof).
Post to my page at https://mycharitywater.org/bpayne or email me to let me know about your gift, and thank you for joining me in this adventure.
